1. An employee was engaged in a factory. He was engaged as a supervisor. He had to go to other places outside the premises of the factory for various official reasons. He was also required to collect certain raw materials from the suppliers, whenever an urgency occurred. He was asked to go to Nanded for some official work for three days. The officers had allowed him to take an additional day, clubbed with these three days, as he wanted to attend a social function at Nanded, organized by the trade union of the organisation. The worker informed that he would work for the 1st two days for the company, on the third day, attend the function and on the fourth day he finish his official work and return.
