Marketing Communications: To initiate & maintain contact with customers, organizations use a wide variety of communication tools e.g. ads, publicity, sales calls, etc. As consumers, we are exposed to hundreds of these messages everyday. Collectively, these various tools are called marketing communications.
Advertising: It is the structural and composed non-personal communication of information, usually paid for and usually persuasive in nature, about products (goods, services and ideas) by identified sponsors through various media.
Advertising communication process: The model recognizes that in advertising there is a source, a message and components have multiple dimensions.
